The X100FBD rear shock is even better than before! We kept the fat 45mm main tube from the previous version, but lost the weight by using 6061 cold-forged aluminum instead of steel. This body size allows for a larger piston, shim stack, and fluid volume compared to the stock shock. It will absolutely transform the rear end for adult riders of Honda XR100/CRF100/XR80 minibikes, with bolt-on and go simplicity!

The stock Showa shock was made to support juvenile riders and to meet a price point. Stiffer aftermarket springs overcome the stock damper’s rebound/compression stokes, making both too fast. The X100FBD is purpose-built for the job!
